These were so light and crisp, they practically dissolved in our mouths. The rose flavor was delicate and not too floral, which we were worried about at first. They looked really cute with the pink swirl, but we had to be patient—they took about 2 hours to bake, not the 1 ½ we were hoping for. Definitely worth it, though! Next time, we’ll make them a bit smaller to speed things up.

These were a no-brainer hit. They were quick, easy, and looked like something you’d get at a fancy bakery. The chocolate was super smooth thanks to the coconut oil, and the strawberries were fresh and juicy. A couple of them didn’t coat perfectly, but that was our fault for not drying them enough. These are definitely a go-to treat for any occasion.

These were soft, chewy, and had just the right nostalgic vibe, but they leaned a little too sweet, even with the salted butter. Next time, we’d try adding a pinch of sea salt or drizzling some white chocolate on top to balance it out. They’re simple to make, though, and still a fun treat to share.
Overall, these recipes were easy to make. The chocolate-dipped strawberries were the clear favorite for their simplicity and flavor, while the meringues impressed us with their lightness and elegance. The rice crispy treats brought were delicious, but could be done a little differently. Whether you’re baking for a special someone or just for fun, you can’t go wrong with these!
