Maria Elisa Marini is a freshman at Carrollton. This is her first year writing for The Beat. In addition to being a member of the varsity swim team, she also loves to participate in theater and is part of the Sacré Choeur Choir. She is excited to collaborate with the broadcasting team and write new stories for the newspaper.
