Emma Aviñó ‘29 is a junior at Carrollton School of the Sacred Heart, and this is her second year writing for the Beat. She is also a member of Campus Ministry and president of both the Miami Learning Experience and Sew Much Love clubs. She loves combining her passions with service and finding new ways to create meaningful connections which she hopes to do by writing for the Beat!
