Is this your first time in the U.S.?
Yes, it’s my first time.
What’s your experience here in the U.S. been like?
It was so cool. I liked it so much. I want to come back in the future.
How has it been being away from family?
First I missed them, but then it was fine.
Why did you decide to do the exchange program?
Because I think it is a very good opportunity to discover other places and to meet new people.
What did you want to gain from this experience?
Friends, new stories to tell, and a good experience.
What do you think about Carrollton?
It’s a very beautiful school. It’s so different from my school, but I like it. Everyone was so good with me.
What is different between Carrollton and your school?
My school is in the middle of the city and you can go to see the city. The education and the method is so different.
What are some similarities between Carrollton and your school?
Both are Catholic Sacred Heart schools, so the basis is the same. We both celebrate the feast of St. Rose Philippine and other saints.
What has surprised you the most about this experience?
That everybody was so nice to me. It was so funny and it was very cool.
What have you loved about this experience?
All the people that I have met that in the future I want to see again, and learning more about a different culture than mine.
Any final thoughts?
Everything was so cool. I am so grateful to have this opportunity and meet all these fantastic people.
